Mindfulness offers a simple but powerful way to pause, reconnect, and feel more grounded. At Wellbeing Pathways, I offer personalised mindfulness sessions in Elland and online, helping you create space for calm — even in the midst of life’s challenges.

Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply disconnected, these sessions are a gentle opportunity to come back to yourself.

What Is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present — noticing your thoughts, feelings and surroundings without judgement. It helps reduce stress, calm the mind, and build emotional awareness.

 

Unlike many free resources online, my approach to mindfulness is one-to-one, personalised, and gently guided. Together, we focus on what will work best for you — your goals, your pace, your challenges.

How Sessions Work

Working Together, at Your Pace

Each session lasts 75 minutes and takes place in a supportive, non-judgemental space — either in person or online.

Your journey begins with a free 30-minute consultation, where we’ll talk about what you’re looking for and whether mindfulness feels like the right fit.

You’ll receive:
