How Sessions Work

Working Together, at Your Pace

This programme offers a personalised blend of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, life coaching, and mindfulness — all tailored to support your emotional wellbeing during peri-menopause and menopause. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, overwhelm, brain fog or simply seeking calm in this transitional stage, this programme is designed to help you feel more in control, confident, and grounded.

You’ll receive:

  • A free 30-minute consultation to explore your individual needs and whether this programme feels right for you

  • A personalised menopause coaching plan, designed around your lifestyle and goals

  • Four 75-minute sessions, either in person or online, using coaching, hypnotherapy (optional), and practical tools

  • Self-help materials and everyday menopause information to support your understanding and daily wellbeing

  • Gentle mindfulness techniques to help you manage symptoms, calm the mind, and stay in control

  • Three personalised downloadable MP3 audios (mindfulness or hypnotherapy-based) to reinforce positive change and inner strength

  • Flexibility to take sessions over a mutually agreed time frame
